Sleep

I've read in several places, and from several different sources, that lack of sleep can lead to weight gain, poor performance, lethargy, etc.  On the other hand, sufficient sleep can lead to weight LOSS and increased happiness.  So, I think my salubrious suggestion for today is: "Get enough sleep."  I'm going to head that way now myself.

On another note, I created the blog post "Present" last night, thought I published it, and then discovered that I had only looked at the preview.  Initially frustrating, but only a slight bump in the road.  I still consider myself as having kept my resolution to write here every day because I did write here yesterday; I just forgot to share. :)
